Schedule of Events
Friday
- 3 pm - venue gate open to the public
- 3 to 5 pm - Late reg and packet pickup for any category
- 3 to 10 pm - Campers allowed entry
- 10 pm - Venue closed to the public
- 9:30 am - gate open to 15 mile racers only.
- 10:00 am - shuttle available in case venue parking lot fills.
- 11:00 am - 15 mile race start
- 11:30 am - non-15-mile racers allowed into the venue depending on space available including campers
- 1-4 pm - reg and packet pickup for 35 and 50 milers
- 2 pm - Awards 15 milers
- 10 pm - venue gate closed to the public
- 6:15 am - gate open to shuttle
- 6:30 gate open for racers only. 2 or more occupants per car. Single occupant vehicles must use shuttle.
- 8:00 50 mile race start
- 8:05 35 mile race start
- 8:30 allow entry of non-racers and kids race dependent on space available.
- 10:05 am - Kids race start
- 10:45 am - Kids race awards
- 2:00 pm Awards and post race party
